We had a FUNtastic day today in school!!!
It was SCARETASTIC & SPOOKTASTIC TOO!!!!!!
Everyone arrived into school looking amazing & so excited!!! We began the day with our Outdoor Halloween Fancy Dress Parade & got to see & admire all the costumes all the children wore.
We practiced our Halloween rhymes before our Prize Giving Ceremony.
We put on our best spooky speaking voices for everyone to hear our rhymes during Prize Giving.

In Junior Infants, our Hygiene Hero is Freya Waters, our Phonics Superstar is Fionnuala MacLean, our Musical Star is Alannah Reville, our Helpful Hero is Ruth Turner, our Brilliant Behaviour Award goes to Caylem Quinn & our Most Enthusiastic Learner Award goes to Ewan Kinsella.

In Senior Infants, Sadhbh Hannon is our Hygiene Hero, Riley Murphy is our Maths Superstar & Tamara Williams O' Grady is our Tricky Word Wizard.

Following this we enjoyed some chocolate rice krispie bun treats given to us by Pink Riding Hood!! (Yes she does exist!!!
) We read the story!!!
After our pit stop, it was time to show off our scary & daring dance moves for our Halloween Dance Party. On came Just Dance Ghostbusters, Monster Moves from Go Noodle & Skeleton Dance from the Learning Station along with many more.
By lunch time we were ready to refuel!!!!
Just before hometime, we relaxed & watched some Super Monster adventures.

A very different October Mid Term this year but time to recharge for all those Jolly Junior Infants & Super Senior Infants who have been working so hard since school returned on Aug 26th .
