Dear Parents/Guardians,
Our last full week for 2021/2022. Hard to believe!
Rackard League Medal Presentation - well done to all the Champions from the 2019 Co. Final and this year's District Final winners and their parents and guardians for attending the medal presentation on Friday last. We were delighted to have Lloyd Colfer come back to present medals to the 2019 winning Football team and George O'Connor presented the medals to this year's District Hurling Final winners. Thanks also to Donal McLoughlin, the Chairperson of Bannow/Ballymitty GAA club, who thanked the schools and congratulated the boys.

Pedestrian Crossing News
Last week, on foot of their recent visits to our school, Jim Codd and Verona Murphy organised a meeting with the the County Engineer, Mark Collins. He came out to see the pedestrian crossing and was reminded of the dangers for our pupils, parents and school community when using the crossing. He gave a clear indication that some signage would be put in place to indicate to motorists that there is a crossing and we hope that this will be in place for the new school year. Well done to all our school community who have helped to bring this issue to the fore.
Girls Rackard League Co. Final
Our Rising Stars Camogie team play in a Co. Final tomorrow (Monday June 27th) v. Davidstown. This is in St. Patrick's Park, Enniscorthy at 2pm. The schools have organised a bus for the girls to travel to the game and this will return to our school for 4.30pm tomorrow evening. There is a cover charge of €5 into the match tomorrow. We wish our girls all the best!
