Survey about a Before School and After School service in Ballymitty NS

A survey to get parents' ideas/feedback to determine the needs for a morning and an after school childcare service in Ballymitty NS

Dear School Community We are exploring the possibility of providing a Morning Club service from 8.15am – 9.15am followed by an Afterschool service for school going children from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm in our school. We are proposing to start this in Sept. 2026 to allow parents to make any necessary changes. We see this as a very important service for parents who are working and who need childcare support. We already have an Infant Club for the pupils in Junior and Senior Infants from 2 -3pm every day. This has been a great success over the years and will continue. We are asking you to fill out a survey as your feedback will help us to understand the needs of the community and shape the service to best support families. In order to get an idea of numbers we do ask you to leave your phone number and email address so that we can contact you with updates. If you know of any parents living in the area who aren’t part of Ballymitty Playgroup or Ballymitty NS, please share the link with them.
