5th Class parents helping out at the 6th Class Graduation

5th Class parents helping out at the 6th Class Graduation

Dear Parents/Guardians,

We have our 6th Class Graduation on Tues. June 24th. This has always been a very special occasion in our school.

Pre-Covid times, we always asked the 5th class parents/guardians to give out teas/coffees on the night and to collectively organise buns, cakes, sandwiches etc. We would like to bring this arrangement back because it worked out very well and it also meant that each year one class prepared and one class benefitted.

The Graduation ceremony is held in the classroom and then the 5th class parents would prepare the GP room for after the ceremony. This year there would be 22 of the 6th class pupils and then their families are invited too. Many of the staff attend too. That would be up to 65/70 people.

I will send out a letter tomorrow to ask parents what they can provide on the night and to help out to prepare the GP room on the Tuesday from 2 - 3pm and then on the evening at 7pm.

Your kindness and help is greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Audrey
