Admissions Notice 2025 - for enrolments into Junior Infants, other classes or into the Autism Class in Sept. 2026
Dear Parents/Guardians,
We are delighted that you are considering enrolling your child at St. Joseph’s N.S. To begin the enrolment process, please download the Enrolment Form below and fill in all the required details.
Once you have completed the form, you can return it to the school via email or drop it off at the school office. Please make sure to include all necessary documents, such as a copy of your child’s birth certificate.

Fill in the Form
Complete all sections carefully, including the details on medical needs, emergency contacts, and parental consent.

Submit the Form - Enrolment Forms will be accepted between Weds. Nov. 5th and Weds. Nov. 26th 2025.
Once the form is completed, please email it to ballymittyns@gmail.com or drop it off in person at the school office.
- Offers of places
These will be made by email to parents by Weds. December 10th 2025.
- Accepting of places
Parents have to accept the place in writing by email on or before 3pm on Weds. January 14th 2026.

Each year, the Patron requires us to prepare and publish our Annual Admissions Notice which outlines when we will commence and finish our application process for enrolments. These enrolments may be for Junior Infants, Special Class or other classes for Sept. 2026.
