We have been asked to share this with the school community
Dear Parents,
We are reaching out with an important request regarding this year’s Community Games. As you may know, the Community Games have been a fantastic opportunity for children to get involved, have fun, and develop new skills in an inclusive, supportive environment. However, we find ourselves at a critical point.
The current committee, who have worked tirelessly to organise the event, is unable to continue in their roles moving forward. Without new parents stepping in to take on these responsibilities, we may unfortunately have to cancel the event this year.
This is where we need your help! We are looking for parents to volunteer and take on the responsibility of organising and supporting the Community Games in your local area. There are many opportunities for everyone, whether you are interested in planning activities, coordinating teams, or offering assistance on event days.
The games are designed to offer something for every child, including those who may not consider themselves "sporty." From creative challenges to non-competitive fun, it’s all about fostering inclusion and helping children develop new skills and friendships.
If we can count on your support, we can ensure that the Community Games continue to be a highlight of the year for our children. If you could please contact the following to discuss how you could help;

Bannow - Anne 0833153216
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or if you are interested in volunteering. Your involvement is crucial for the success of this beloved event.
Thank you for your time and consideration – together, we can keep the Community Games going!
Warm regards,
Phyllis Mullins
