Dear Parents,
O'Donnell's Pharmacy sent us Consent Forms for you to fill if you wish to avail of the free nasal Flu Vaccine in our school in the next few weeks. A date for this has not yet been established.
All pupils will bring home the Consent Forms today - they must be returned to your class teacher by Monday, the 9th of November.
An information sheet has been sent to us from the pharmacy about the vaccine. You can see this by clicking here.
