Good afternoon everyone,
A huge thank you to everyone involved in getting the children ready this morning for World Book Day Dress Up. As usual, the standard was so high. We had many superheroes, princesses, Harry Potter characters, Julia Donaldson characters, Roald Dahl characters and soccer players to name but a few.
School closure
A reminder that school will be closed this Mon March 10th for essential EBS line upgrading works. We will reopen Tuesday morning March 11th. A reminder that G.A.A will be on at 8.30am Tuesday morning for the Junior end pupils.
Confirmation Mass
Pupils from 5th and 6th class will have their next Confirmation preparation mass in Carrig Church on Monday evening at 7pm.
Junior and Senior Infants Educational Trip Tuesday March 11th
Our Infant pupils will visit Wexford fire station, Wexford Library and Min Ryan Park on Tuesday. Please bring a small snack and a drink for the bus. Fresh Today will provide a cold lunch. Children will wear their school uniform. Be weather ready. We will leave at 9.30 and return for 2pm. Please ensure you have filled in the online permission slip and completed the payment. Thank you.
Rackard League matches
Girls play Rathangan in Grantstown on this Wed 12th March at 2pm. Leaving school at 1.30pm.
Boys play Fethard in Grantstown on this Wed 12th March also at 2.30pm. Leaving school at 2pm.
Spanish Erasmus visitors
We welcome 12 Spanish Erasmus pupils and their teachers to our school this Wednesday & Thursday. We look forward to giving them a big Ballymitty welcome and improving our Spanish!
4th and 5th class Educational trip Thursday March 13th
