School Self-Evaluation Process for 2023/2024
This year all schools must use the School Self Evaluation Framework to start reviewing Well Being in their primary schools.
There is a specific framework and process within which we will review Well Being. Here is the process:
The School Self Evaluation Framework starts with the first step of staff identifying the focus . All staff are being asked to look at 4 key Well Being areas. These will be discussed at a staff meeting in November and then we move to the next stage of gathering evidence about that key area.
That evidence will be gathered from staff, pupils and parents because it is important that we are mindful of the well being of all members of our school community because working, teaching and learning in a school can bring many demands and stresses.
