Dear Parents/Guardians,
Next week, we have 15 Spanish pupils and their teachers visiting our school. They will visit the classes on Tuesday and get to know our pupils and see how we teach and learn.
On Wednesday Nov. 15th, we have planned an intercultural trip for the Spanish students with our 5th class pupils to visit Hook Head Lighthouse. They will do the full tour there and have some time to spend with the Spanish students.
The pupils will leave by bus ats 9.30am and will be back for 3pm.
The cost of this tour is €12 per pupil. This is to pay for the bus and for the entrance fee for the tour.
Pupils should bring appropriate footwear as there are lots of steps to climb in the lighthouse. Also, pupils to bring their lunch and drink as normal.
