Good morning everyone!
I hope you all had an enjoyable weekend. It is so hard to believe we are in the middle of February already! Thankfully, brighter days are ahead with the evenings getting longer 😊
Excellent engagement with the schoolwork again this week, I am so impressed! Keep it up!
This week it is Active Schools Week so I want you to be as active as you can! You will see some ideas on Seesaw on how to get active as well as a little challenge! How many Kilometres can you cover this week? I'm looking forward to seeing how you get on.
You can access Seesaw here. You will notice that the Choice Board is different this week as a result of the midterm.
If you have any questions about anything this week please be sure to let me know! You can contact me via Seesaw or email me on ballymittytfoley@gmail.com
Last week we had a little competition in 5th and 6th class. I received so many beautiful pictures. Congratulations to Leah who took a fabulous photograph of a beautiful big tree that hangs over a river. Leah told us all that she loved to play on the rope swing during the first lockdown and about how her dad used to play on that same tree when he was a boy. Leah's prize is in the post! Well done to all who took part!
Our Zoom Class Meeting will be tomorrow at 12 o'clock. The details you will need to join will be on Seesaw later today! I look forward to seeing you all there.
Have a great week everyone and enjoy a well earned rest on Thursday and Friday. You deserve it!
Take care
Ms. Foley
