Dear Parents/Guardians,
Confirmation
We wish our pupils in 5th and 6th who are making their Confirmation all the best next Friday. A reminder to be in the church for 10.30am. Places are allocated for all the pupils at the front and two parents per child behind the pupils.
3rd and 4th class must all be present in the church to be part of the choir on the day. Pupils asked to be there for 10.30am and can be collected at 12.15pm.
Practice for Confirmation will be this Tues from 10 - 12 midday so please ensure children are in school promptly on Tuesday as we have a bus arranged to bring all the senior end to Carrig Church.
Educational Trips

Sports
We are awaiting a fixture for the Boys' Rackard League quarter final v Glynn.
Girls' Mini 7s will be next Tuesday at 2pm in Glynn/Barntown GAA pitch. This is a blitz played against Glynn and Screen. Girls can be collected at 1.15pm from school. This is open to the girls who play camogie from 3rd - 6th.
Boys' Mini 7s to be arranged as well as our first Rounders game.
FAI soccer blitz is on Mon. April 7th in Curracloe. We have entered two boys and two girls teams. Pupils will travel on a bus that day and we will also need two parents to help out. If you are able to give a dig out that day do let us know here.
Autism Awareness
Autism Awareness month is April and Autism Awareness Day is next Weds. April 2nd. We will plan different activities to increase awareness in our school. My thanks to the parents who turned out for the Autism seminars the last two Wednesday evenings.
