Dear Parents/Guardians of 3rd and 4th class pupils,
The Sing Out Loud concert is next Monday Nov. 11th at 7.30pm for parents but the children need to be dropped into Opera House front entrance for 4.30pm.
A few reminders:
✓ Pupils to bring a packed Lunch and a Bottle of Water as it is a long evening
✓ No nuts are allowed to prevent any allergic reactions with other pupils.
✓ Children should arrive in jeans and a plain coloured t-shirt. (Avoid black or white t-shirts if possible) and no uniforms.
✓ Song lyrics are not permitted on the stage. Kids not to worry if they don't know the words. The children’s
conductor will help the children during their performances
✓ Please ensure the children do not bring any valuables or phones with them on the day as Sing Out
Loud or the National Opera House cannot be held responsible for any belongings which are lost,
misplaced or stolen during the concerts.
You will be told where to collect your child once the concert ends at 9.20pm.
There will be a number of staff at the side of the stage for the children incase any of them need the toilet etc. If any parents have any concerns about the night do email me at amccarthy@ballymittyns.ie or pop a call to us here it the office.
When the tickets arrive we will send them home with the pupils.
