At NorthStar Counselling & Therapy Centre we are more aware than ever of the growing epidemic of anxiety. We understand the challenges faced by parents, carers, teachers and those working with children and young people in trying to help them to navigate their way through the maze of anxiety and worry.
Therefore, through the expertise, knowledge and experience of our Clinic Owner and Child & Adolescent Therapist, Nettie Bowie, we present two specialised courses, Understanding & Supporting Anxiety in Children – for parents of children aged 4-12 and Supporting Anxiety & Building Resilience in Teens & Adolescents – for parents of teens, to help them support young people through this complex landscape.
