Dear Parents/Guardians,

Ceadogán Rugs - a special gift!

Our thanks again to Martina and Colm for donating two fabulous Ceadogán Rugs to our school! You can read all about it here: http://ballymittyns.ie/News/Bespoke-Ceadogan-Rugs-arrive-in-school!/414715/Index.html - we are very lucky to have such a beautiful piece of art on our walls and already the pupils appreciate it!

School Sports Enniscorthy

Well done to all our fine athletes for partaking in School Sports last Tuesday in Enniscorthy. It was great to see this event happening again! Well done to our bronze medal winner Nathanael who came 3rd in the 600m race.

Inclusion and Diversity Week in school - May 22nd - 26th

Next week is Inclusion and Diversity week - we will have lots of activities, lessons and resources for our classes and we will finish on Friday with Diversitshirt Day!

What is Diversitshirt Day?

For homework next week pupils can decorate a plain t shirt and write words and draw pictures on the t shirt to shows their individuality. These will be worn to school for Friday next when we Celebrate Difference, Celebrate Us - which is our school motto on Inclusion and Diversity Week! It is always so important for us to remind each other of why we are all different, special and unique.

Homework Survey

On Monday next, I will send out an online survey to parents to get their opinions about homework as we are in the process of reviewing our Homework Policy.
