Dear Parents,
The School Calendar 2020/2021 (which includes the date for when school will re-open as well as other school holidays and special schools events) and Booklists will be put up on the Website on July 1st. This is to facilitate school admin taking 6th class parents off the App and allowing Incoming Junior Infant parents to join the App.
You will receive a notification about this on the App. If you are not seeing the notifications on the App you need to go to Settings and make sure you have Enabled Notifications for the iclass App in particular. We advise you to put the iclass App on the main screen of your phone to avoid missing notifications.
All of our communication, newsletters, surveys etc will be through the Website and App from now on. This was always part of our Digital Policy - it reduces our text bill on the textaparent app and more importantly it cuts down on the amount of paper that we use.
We appreciate your patience at this time as we are trying to work out re-opening of our school and we also want to get the best possible price on our booklists to support parents at this time.
All booklist money will be paid online on Aladdin ePayments. Instructions on how to set up this system on your phone will be available when the Booklists are put up on the website. There will also be a facility to pay in installments.
