Our Junior Chess Club started today at lunchtime!
Well done to our 5th/6th class Chess Leaders for 2022/2023: Tadhg, Nathanael, Bradley and Donagh! They showed great chess knowledge, strategy, problem solving and general kindness in how they supported our younger chess players. We have asked them to present some information next week about the history of chess.
Well done to our Junior Chess Club members who will play every Tuesday at lunchtime.
We remind everyone to take a look at Chess.com which can be downloaded on an iPad, laptop, PC or phone and your child can learn the different moves!
We look forward to our Senior Chess Club on Thursday and after midterm the Chess Club will open to those who want to learn.
