Dear parents, guardians, boys and girls,
I hope you had a really lovely Christmas! Happy New Year! I know it is hard to be back online but hopefully we will get back to school in February. I look forward to seeing you all then!.
Your book piles have been organised and they are all ready to be collected in school. I have added a new grammar booklet, a new spelling activity booklet and some music and geography worksheets to your piles.
It is really important to log into Seesaw everyday! This is where you will find your work for the week. If you can't find your login details, please let me know and I can send them on to you by email. Each week we are asking that you send three pieces of work back to us by uploading an image of your work to Seesaw. 2nd Class yesterday received their login details to access their PM readers online. If you did not receive a code please let me know by email.
Each day you will have Maths and Literacy to complete. Then, after that, there is a Choice Board for the week. You may like to choose 2 activities from this Choice Board each day.
Ms. Fitzharris' Literacy group and Ms. Bohanna's Maths group: You may not be using Seesaw at all. Ms. Fitzharris and Ms. Bohanna have set you booklets with very clear instructions. This is the only work that you will be asked to complete. The Choice Board is optional for anybody in these groups.
I hope to have a Zoom call with the class this Wednesday 13th January at 11am. I will be asking every child to show and tell a toy that they have gotten for Christmas on the call. I hope to see as many of you on the call as I can.
