Dear Parents,
A Return to School Questionnaire must be filled out by all parents for each of your children in school. This is extremely important and we ask you to fill it out by email and return to your class teacher's new email address. These email addresses are on each teacher's article under the News section on website. (Please note the email address used during school closure is no longer in use.
You can also click here to see the Return to School questionnaire. It is available on our website under the tab News > Reopening School. You will be asked to circle Yes/No on form but you can just highlight your answer or type in yes or no.
We ask all parents to ensure this is filled out and emailed back to your teacher before your child can return to school.
From day to day we may need to make changes to school plans, logistics etc so we ask you to keep an eye on the App/Website.
