Hey everyone !!!

Welcome back to another week of home schooling!!!! Funny old weather this week. I thought we might blow away on Friday!! Our trampoline nearly did!!!
Big Happy Birthday to Jade on Thursday May 28th. Hope you have a super day Jade full of surprises & fun. A big 7 years old!!
I hope ye have had fun doing some fruit & veg related activities last week. This week we are focusing on the cow & milk & looking at the products which can be made using milk & how these in turn are used to make other things! I have included lots of new video links & dairy themed ideas to try out across different subjects. There are some very cool & interesting science experiments to check out.
I have also included a video to make Ms. Franey's delicious home-made soda bread, which we made in school last October. Do you remember how scrummy it was... I remember there wasn't a crust or a crumb left of the whole loaf! Of course we use buttermilk in our bread making. Also I included a video to make a tasty & health strawberry milkshake . All very easy to do, with few ingredients & made quickly! Recipes inside
Here is Quiz 7 for all those quiz lovers!! What will the secret message be this week??
Did you hear about the lucky humble penguin's from Kansas Zoo, in America???
They have really been missing the social interaction from all the tourists who usually visit them daily in the zoo. Their thoughtful zookeepers got in contact with the local Art Gallery & brought them on a field trip to cheer them up!! They seem very interested in some of the art pieces. I wonder what would happen if you gave them some paint & paper....would they create masterpieces using their webbed feet!!!click here to see them
